Kraken Partners with Mastercard to Launch Crypto Debit Cards in UK and Europe

The collaboration intends to connect traditional finance with so users can use cryptocurrencies for daily purchasing activities. Kraken will introduce its users’ digital and physical debit cards in the coming weeks. The Kraken website allows customers to join an active waitlist for the service.

Since its inception, Kraken has gained substantial adoption because over 200,000 users now use its platform for worldwide payment transactions.

Kraken’s co-CEO David Ripley stated that crypto represents an important step toward changing the payment industry. Moreover, the collaboration with Mastercard enables the development of everyday cryptocurrency payments.
